Tai Chi Short Forms

Beginner & Intermediate Forms

Our Beginner & Intermediate forms introduce students to “traditional tai chi” in a bite-size portion. Traditional Tai Chi, or taijiquan, was originally practiced by martial artist to enhance their physical, mental and spiritual prowess. The ancient forms are long and require dedication and patience to learn (see WuDang Taijiquan). The forms below, however, were designed by Tai Chi masters that understood the need to shorten the original forms for the general public, so that all can experience the astounding health benefits of Tai Chi.
